Peeps speculating Fox is gonna be traded. Wow.

This trade they made as a potential precursor to a larger deal came right around the time of this report:
De'Aaron Fox Will Bypass Three-Year, $165M Extension With Kings

Coincidence? There is a chance Fox goes. Maybe Ingram?

3 team deal where we get one of Herb Jones or Trey Murphy with Mitch going out..... :o 8-)

That's kind of not right to say. You posted a trade that would never be accepted and would wind up being vetoed by the league because we woudn't be able to hire enough players to fill a minimum roster. Shiteposting is not nice to your fellow posters. So if you cant be bothered to do more than 5 seconds playing on your phone, please dont post it. And there's no need to gratuitiously tell other posters what you said above.

I think they're just trying to stay under the 1st tax apron to maintain flexibility. Not sure that they have a mega trade lined up.

You could 100% be right.

Though it would be sweet to get one of Herb or Trey! 8-)

Right. Teams over the first apron can no longer sign guys earning more than the MLE who were bought out by other teams. For example, Philly getting Lowry last season.

The list of playoff hopefuls that are under the first apron is very small: Magic, Thunder, Rockets, Grizzlies and maybe the Clippers (they may not have room after guaranteeing some contracts). So the Kings are moving into that space.

Trading our newly drafted first round pick for a backup 15 min center is idiotic and Richards would never start

So you're going to ignore Grant Williams who is 25 years old, on a good contract and is a good fit for us (can even start instead of Hart). Got it.

lol you mean the same Grant Williams the Mavericks signed and immediately regretted and had to attach a first round pick to trade him at the deadline ? lol yeah pass on Grant Williams

Grant Williams is a solid roleplayer, but Dadiet just increased his trade value lol, so you're right.

Not as if we were going to make any trades until nearing the deadline.

I'm thinking we try to get Morris back (or Bullock).

Starters: KAT, Hart, OG, Bridges, Brunson
Bench: Precious, McBride, Payne, Morris (or Bullock or Dadiet) for 10-15 mins

Grant in his peak years was solid with the Celtics, be even then he's nowhere near Josh Hart , and he's fallen off massively inthe last few seasons.

When he got taken out of their lineup, I thought it was nuts. Fast forward to now and they clearly saw something that let them know he wasn't the same. Not sure what happened.
