The NBA announced Friday that Nets coach Jason Kidd has been fined $25,000 for public criticism of the officials. Kidd’s comments came on a media conference call one day after Brooklyn lost Game 5 to Toronto on Wednesday. The first-year coach was upset that Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan combined to attempt 23 free throws while Joe Johnson attempted only one during the Raptors’ 115-113 home win.

Good. I know this is just what coaches do, but this bothered me more than usual because the whole series the officiating has been pro-Nets, and he had the nerve to whine after the ONE fairly called game?!

Honestly, a man that spills his drink on the court for a timeout shouldn't even get to complain about officiating. Jason Kidd is such a tool that it isn't even funny. I seriously wonder sometimes if he even knows what the next playcall will be during a timeout when the assistant draws it up on the clipboard.
