I don't know about that. Besides really not wanting to help LA out, I find it quite strange that some users want Bynum. If you think Dwight is immature, wait until you see Bynum commit stupid flagrant fouls. Lets be realistic, he is one dumb foul away from being suspended 10 games. That does not even factor in his very questionable durability. Same thing goes for Yao Ming: Every year I heard fans saying "next year will be the year he will be healthy". How'd that end again? So, a big NO from me to a package from the Lakers.
I'm convinced that even though Dwight has asked for a trade, his heart is not 100% behind this decision. There is no reason to panic and trade him immediately. Let the season begin and see how we perform. We can still trade him at the deadline or in the offseason. In the meantime we buy ourselves some time to maybe improve the team enough to convince him to stay. Impossible to predict what happens between now and the trade deadline with other teams.
I just hope that our fanbase is smart enough to realize that there is no need to harass him as long as he is still wearing a Magic jersey and make his decision easier for him.
