final fantasy is my favorite game franchise of all time. of course i stopped playing after like 10 (i think i played one after that though), but still i played the **** out of every single one before that. i remember beating omega weapon in ff8 and feeling so accomplished.

FF 10 was last great one for me before Squaresoft became Square Enix.

Ever tried the games from Mist Walker like Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey? They were different but came from the same creator/producer of Final Fantasy, Hironobu Sakaguchi.

The Last Story on the Wii is his most recent, but I haven't played it.

**** yeah i love lost odyssey but i still havent beat it. one of the best rpgs on xbox. i played blue dragon but i couldnt get into it, i might try again though since there are no good rpgs out currently for xbox.
