Also, you can add a 'signature' at the bottom. Basically it'll just make your post stand out a little more. Worth a try, right?

I don't even have avatars or signatures enabled. I find them annoying and it slows the board down considerably. Thanks though. :)

Nope I wouldn't touch smith. He's been bad and this yr proves you can't play him at the 3. I don't like him as a 4 in this o because he would take a ton of 3 and hit very few of them.

I agree with the above poster that Archie should be sent down to the d league for a bit. Would be good for him to get some solid minutes.

If we really want to sign a self-centered knucklehead like Smith, Shannon Brown is available for a lot less and would probably do less damage to the team.

Ohh, you are talking about Josh Smith, not JR. Well in that case, isn't Josh a bit past his prime, at least for this young team.

Same here Carey, but I was going to suggest an avatar too.

However, we do that them you're married to that team for at least four years and you'd definitely be a tax team.

I am assuming you are talking about at least one unprotected pick and probably one more with little protection, like 5-3-1-0? Plus the current usual suspects, of course.

It would need to be something really good. A real contender, and I don't know if Bledsoe-Goran-Hayward-Love-Miles is that, at least if there is not a real bench.

Smith is only going to age out his effectiveness. His freakish athleticism made up for his tweener size and lack of fundamentals, chucker tendencies, but its waning. Add his self-centered ego, and it's not going to be pretty for any Josh Smith team in the coming years.

Josh Smith is way overpaid for my liking.

I'm not sure which smith would be worse. I am sure I don't want either one of them near this team.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Would cause some issues with the current unselfish roster... Minus Green! But he's an exception!

Question: Would you trade Gerald Green for CJ McCollum today if it were offered?

yeah 4 year rookie deal could be a future replacement for dragic if he ever opted out or played out his contract and we couldn't afford him.

I doubt blazers would

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

I'm just glad I see some of the older posters from .NET on here. I've been missing my fix of top notch posters like INF, Ring, and you.

Haha, Green is like a secret weapon that hurts both teams on the floor. We just hope his on fire offense hurts the other team more than his bone headed plays.

I've been holding my breath on .net being fixed, but I don't think it's going to happen. It's been good to see posters on here, but I miss the news threads and other stuff we had over there. A lot more posters on here, but there's also a bit of white noise you have to filter through to get to the stuff you actually want to read, but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

2nd in the West behind OKC imho. With a break or two... who knows?

I got the idea listening to the second birdmester thing of Simmons's. They don't need him cause they are very good without him and Mo Williams is playing very well. They were advocating a trade for Sefalosha but OKC needs his defense. Just a thought. Green has been outstanding. If judging by WP48 he's in super elite company. Would be smart to cash in now if you think he hasn't turned the proverbial corner....

Entering the 2013 draft, I liked McCollum, Ben Gordon/Jason Terry type PG/SG.
But to be honest, Suns have 2 combo guards in Dragic and Bledsoe, not to mention Hornacek envisioning Goodwin to be a combo guard too.

With Green, atleast you know he is a SG who can play SF, he has the athleticism and size to cover the long and big SFs like George, James, Durant etc…. only cover them, not stop them lol.

Holy hell this team will be brutal to watch offensively now. You guys trust Barbosa a lot more than I do. We need a wing who can handle, score and play make.
