What is happening is the entitlement factor. They think that because they are a veteran team, they should be getting every call deserved or not.

Fact is, Demar is in the top 5 at getting to the line. No one on the nets is.

The luxury tax goes to the other 29 teams, not the league.

Yeah I know, luxury tax payments get distributed to the teams but from my understanding some of it still makes it to the league. They take some off the top before it gets distributed. (Correct me if I'm wrong). Whereas 100% of the fines end up going to charities.

Absolutely. Kidd complaining, players complaining... The raptors are in for a long night. I expect a landslide in call favor.

Already, they have been calling ticky tack fouls on Val and Amir. I can't imagine what's gonna happen tonight.

If the game is tight or the Nets are in trouble, watch at the beginning of the next quarter just how quickly the Rators get called for 3, non-shooting fouls away from the ball and essentially put the Nets in the bonus for 10 whole minutes.
