I’m not concerned. I seen Kyrie before come back from a 3-1 lead against a better defensive team.

This game more than game 1 felt like the Celtics defense and Tatum in particular REALLY affected KD’s shooting.

Kudos to you Nostradamus

Yeah I got it at +225 when they were down 11. To be fair, it was a pretty easy call. Nets already looked gassed.

Lol, it's always an easy call when you're right.

Yeah I thought pulling out of the stock market in April 2020 was an easy call too. That one cost a little more.

The Nets window is like the Lob City Clippers. Closed shut.
Aaron Gordon, Devin Booker, Tyrese Halliburton, Trae Young, Anthony Edwards and Luka Doncic all made the Conference Finals.

Where’s Joel Embiid?

Maybe I just have recency bias but feels like I have never seen so many stars get totally shut down in some games as in this years playoffs so far. Seems like every night some star player is just getting wrecked when normally stars are always getting at least something close to their average numbers (points, rebounds, percentage, whatever)
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

That's a big caveat considering that KD and/or Kyrie are injured every year, and Ben Simmons is a total headcase who might be on a boat somewhere in the ocean by then

that's why I said if healthy. Simmons as a 3rd banana who won't be expected to carry the offense will be an upgrade on Defense over anyone else on their roster right now

He isnt going to help much with their offensive output tbf. They would probably just put him on the line, though that may be more effective than this 8 point quarter from the Nets .

He could barely dribble the ball without getting swarmed and/or stripped. Very impressive.

Way to much hot dogging from the Celtics right now. They shouldn’t fall victim to their own hype too soon.

I still believe KD is the best basketball player on the planet but y’all just witnessing the best defense in the nba arguably without their best defender. Celtics are legitttt

Tatum is Durant’s dad at this point

Kyrie is always in the frame on these dagger or game winning shots.
