The nuggets don't put up enough threes always trying to find a better look. To be fair Clippers have had good rotations on the initial shots

Running the clogged toilet offense. There are zero cutting lanes, as the Clippers are obviously trying to take something away from Jokic. He's either going to have to go for 40 (on great efficiency) or get involved in some off-ball actions to help free up his teammates. The Clippers defensive game plan looks damn good to me.

Not easy to find a backup center with that skillset though. I assume you're suggesting Jaylin Williams based off that ridiculous thread last week? He doesn't actually play like a hub for OKC.

He doesn't typically because they don't play that way but he has the skill to do it. He's a relatively cheap backup option that is a mobile big that can run some of the same actions as Jokic in the 16 minutes Jokic sits.

I don't hate the idea, and I like Jaylin Williams. I just think that thread was very confused at how J.Will plays. He's 6'8" and has mostly played as a spot up shooter. He survives at center because he has a great motor. He operates a little bit as a roll man but isn't a scoring threat inside. I can't see a world where he's able to run any of the same actions. I watched a few of those games where he piled up assists, and it's not like he was some kind of DHO hub.

Not against the idea of Jaylin Williams in Denver, I just think a few people have gotten a little imaginative based on him having some high assist games. He's super super low usage and more of a connective passer than a hub. Spotting up is his main offensive role in the NBA so far.

MPJ- if he can’t shoot the 3 he brings absolutely nothing else to the table

Westbrook- he can be good, but please NEVER drive the ball to the basket for a layup

No because Beal has the NTC, so not only is hard to find a taker, but he can kill any deal himself.

Also...Murray has been inconsistent but he did hit two game winners vs the Lakers last year.

Crazy how much people panic and overreact to first quarters in the playoffs. This thread is insane. Denver played awful and are only down 4.

Yep and so did LeBron. This is why you shouldn't let star players run your franchise.

Westbrook has proven throughout his career he is what he is. He's a liability when the playoffs start.
