nba is a star driven league. when the rockets have stars then the fans will come. you cant sell this roster to a casual fan in Houston.

I hope thats not the route Rockets are going.

Do they have a choice, all their other young talent is meh.

Nothing wrong with Sengun. He’s the best player

I'd say thats a problem. He's not supposed to be their best player.

I think OKC is a terrible match-up for them, so they will likely need someone else to knock them off.

The jacking up long shots from everywhere is boring as hell to watch, but Steph Curry is just flat out entertaining. His ability to constantly move and find ways to get open and then dribble the ball into his shot is something no one else can do. I have no care who they face, the warriors alone are just entertaining. Now with Jimmy Butler, they’re probably the most entertaining team in these playoffs.

EASILY. It's **** crazy how they got the 2nd seed.

Nah Lebron made a living facing much easier high seeds back in the East. Why do you think he was in the Finals for that whole decade??? If he was in the West he would be more like Giannis, perennial MVP but only 1 championship.

Who gives a **** about lebron man? Im in a game thread involving GSW-Hou

No double big lineup with Curry on the court this time.

HOU had all of the signs of a “regular season team”

-try hard depth/defensive team
-lack shooting
-bad half court offense
-no go to shot creator

These teams always fizzle out in the playoffs. This isn’t meant as a knock on HOU but this wasn’t unforeseeable. When the rubber hits the road these teams always have trouble scoring in the playoffs.

Seriously i dont understand these people. They remind of that movie with Robert Deniro and Wesley Snipes.

That dude being so obsessed with a player he eventually ends up trying to kill him or something.

The young, inexperienced team isn't going to come back against Steph and Jimmy.

It's not even that. Where was this houston offense even ranked in the regular season?

You guys are burying the rockets way too easily. When you kill a team like that on the board you always have a chance. It’s men vs boys on the rebounds

All in the low turnovers and high rebounds, though.

There's more to offense than shooting.

Reminds me of the Raptors 21/22 team, they even use the same Nurse Ball strategy of dominating the offensive glass to win the possession battle.

Doesn’t mean this won’t be a competitive series. GS offense comes and goes. They rely too much on Curry.
