I know we say "the refs screwed the game" often, but my god this Bulls-Heat game was incredible .. Everytime the Bulls had a chance to get closer, the refs made some BS calls ..

Bellinelli got hammered hard on his made 3 -> No call
Noah gets a clean rebound but Bosh flops to the floor -> foul on Noah
James got 2 and-1's & that foul from the gif above -> still trying to find the fouls on those plays

Chicago's already short-handed, they can't play 5-on-8. I love this game, but not when the guys in grey are more in the spotlights than the players. And that's just sad

The knicks are all messed up. Jason Kidd hasn't scored in 16 straight games or something like that. JR Smith is blowing a nice payday too.

JR is being JR. This is why I would have voted for Butler or Martin for 6th man over him. He's a gunner who shoots in the low 40s and was in the high 30s for most of January through March. A hot April just made everyone forget that for some reason.

First of all I am not surprised. This is a team has a bunch of 3pt chuckers that were having a good shooting regular season. They are a team that hardly penetrate or create for others. Sure he can get hot and make several 3 pt's and difficult 2's but at the end of the day he will be always be an unconscious inefficient shooter at around 39% to 42% that will shoot you out of the game in a matter of seconds.

Carmelo has the ability to pass and make players better but not the mentality. He is selfish and has tunnel vision, and he settles for a ton of inefficient 20 footers.

Jason Kidd is too old. Chandler is not completely healthy.

They get matched up against a team like Indy that has long defenders in the post and in the perimeter and the massive amount of 3's they take are mostly contested.

From watching the playoffs, the big thing I have noticed is the skill of some of the young forwards. I'm not talking Lebron, KD, and Melo. Those guys obvious. I'm more looking at Leonard, George, Butler, and Barnes. These guys are all good and they are all under 24. I think I am happiest because they were all picked outside the top 5, added to a pretty situation, given a small role and then they outgrew it. This makes me really excited to see what Moe and Harris could be given the right structure.

On a related note, those 4 plus guys like Moe and MKG and the league looks pretty talented at the SF position. Then you think about Parker and Wiggins next year and I'm pretty happy with the competition level in the coming years.

I hope Pacers or Grizzlies win it all. I dislike superstar players. Obviously, I probably wouldn't complain if we eventually built a superteam, but honestly a well balanced defensive juggernaut is a team I would LOVE and prefer to have.

All their players are either one dimensional or old. Only exception is Shumpert. None of the Pacers players are all that great, but pretty much all of them have an impact on both sides of the floor.

The best part of the conference finals? Of the top 20 players in total points scored this year, only James and Wade are still playing. The 4 teams have the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 7th ranked defenses. It looks like the new CBA is having the desired effect. So needs go to scorers? Balanced team + good coaching + defensive focus = success.

How the flippin fk is Hibbert not on the court for that last play in Miami. OMFG, absolutely unacceptable coaching. WTF is Vogel thinking?!!?!?! Resting him for second overtime? YOUR UP 1, YOU GET A STOP AND YOU WIN, YOU DONT AND YOU LOSE!!!!!!! Lebron had 2.2 seconds and was able to stroll in for a layup. How an NBA level coach cannot understand this is just embarassing. Vogel just cost his team a finals visit right there with that epic brainfart, well done chap, good season, enjoy unemployment in about 1 week, coz you will be fired.

My Miami Hate-o-meter is at an alltime high right now, i would say about 100000000 out of 10. I think its a combination of that team and how they have been built, as well as the bias reffing they get every game, as well as Stern having rules preventing teams from objecting to bad calls, as well as the stupid fkn Miami fans, and to top it all off their announcer makes me want to stab kittens with knitting needles everytime he says Dwaaaaaaaaaaaayne Waaaaaaaaaaaaaade over the speaker.
