i started taking this thing called vital greens, i think its called macro greens in the states, and its a rly good formula for protecting your brain for drug-related damage. a+ would recommend

try Fernet Branca. its literally the best anti-hangover/feel good drink ive had. it doesnt taste that great but damn itll make you feel good.
