Overall depth chart for this series:

1. Lebron - CLE
2. Derozan - TOR
3. Lowry - TOR
4. Valanciunas - TOR
5. Van Vleet- TOR
6. Love - CLE
7. Siakam - TOR
8. OG - TOR
9. Wright - TOR
10. Hill - CLE

Love is still better than FVV and probably even JV. Recency bias is taking you over if you think all star Kevin Love is not as good as FVV/JV. One bad series doesn't change that.

Also Lowry > DeRozan

Aside from that, a fairly accurate top 10 players in this series list

Love is easily better than JV and FVV. Indiana was a bad match up for him but I don't think Toronto will be.

Hell I'm not sure it's a slam dunk that Derozan is better than Love. But my take:

1.LeBron

2.Lowry
3.Derozan
4.Love
5.FVV
6.JV
7.JR Smith
8.Ibaka
9.Siakim
10.Hill

Might not be enough, but LeBron is so far ahead of everyone else in this series it's not even funny. I think Oladipo may be better than Lowry and Derozan TBH, when factoring in his elite defense.

10. Hill - CLE

Then getting into the next 10 .... the Cavs have a bunch of erratic scorers that offer very little defensive effort, while Toronto has a bunch of defenders that offer offensive support.

No one on this forum should take this gy seriously. Basketball jones is just a funny troll, Coach D right here has zero baskeball kowledge. This same man said illaysova and bellinili were both terrible signings for the sixers when they first got them. Just ignore this man he has no clue what he's talking about. He said the celtics will be worse when they add gordan Hayward next year too cause it will hurt their offence lmfaooo.

Hysterical ... You are taking comments I made boiling them down without the supporting arguments.

My comments on Belli and Ersan were simple. If they aren't hitting shots, they are pretty useless. They really don't do anything else, and become net negatives. Did you see last night's game? How'd they look against a team that actually defends?

Ok.

And I didn't say Boston's offence would be worse with Hayward ... I said Hayward will have a massive usage rate, and play 35 mpg, so you are GOING TO GET LESS from the 2 young guys as well as Rozier ... those 3 have been more efficient, so it will definitely change Boston's offense.

Like i'm going to take anyone seriously that named themself after a guy's dick.

Based on the punctuation over the letter 'a' my detective skills tell me we have ourselves the typical over seas Lebron nuthugger that watches less than a dozen regular season games a year.

Nothing to see here, please disperse fellow Raps fans.

He also told me Ibaka could stay in front of LeBron as a reply to a video clip showing Ibaka get back to back threes drilled in his face

Are you just a troll?

I said Ibaka needed to stay in front of Lebron... and that Toronto would be smart to put their defenders on the other guys and take away Lebron's help

It all falls on the leaders of the Raps. Lowry and DeRozan - one of them needs to get into a scuffle with Lebron. Gotta stop respecting him as one of the GOATs and start treating him like a mortal. Show no fear and the rest of the team will follow suit. Raps in 5.

Have the Cavs announced their starting lineup? Is it gonna be TT-Love-LBJ-JR-Hill? Or is TT hitting the bench again?

Absolutely. Hard fouls. Try to dunk on him. Take it up against him to the rim.

Lowry and DeRozan need to be putting up 25+ to 30+ points every night if they really truly want to win this series.

Minor flaw in your logic if you actually watch those highlights: Wade, IT, Crowder & Frye aren't on the Cavs anymore.

A lot of analysts are saying cavs need to continue forcing Love in the beginning of games to try and get him going. I think that’s the completely wrong approach for his character. He doesn’t do well under pressure, ends up missing his first few shots, and then hides the rest of the game. Only way to get Love going is for him to be active on the boards and moving on offense, and then going to him off of good ball movement. Ease him in rather than force it.
If the raps wanna take him out of the series and have a easy path to the ecf, they need to attack him and rattle his confidence early (maybe not to the point of injury, like against Indy).

We'll have to agree to disagree on that. I heard Raptors fans trashing Ibaka all year long, and whenever I watched him he didn't seem like he was making much of an impact.

JR on the other hand is a solid defender and has been the primary against Derozan and a huge part of why the Cavs have destroyed them the past two years in the playoffs. So for this series, I think where I have him is about right.

I would give TT the start against those guys, see if he's "back" to himself.

Later in the game the Raptors will roll with a 3 guard lineup and that's where we can go without TT. In fact, that 3 guard lineup will really play into the Cavs hands...will allow us to put Hill, JR, Korver, LeBron and either TT/Nance/Love on the court together.
