He either knows something or he’s kicking the tires to raise the price for LA.
There is a difference between gambling and taking calculated risks. I feel if Ainge gives up too much, for a possible 1 year rental, it will sent this franchise back.
Pelicans are doing there job by getting teams in a bidding war. Someone is going to overpay, I hope it’s not the Celtics.
I agree with your points and if AD leaves it is a step back. Also have to realize kyrie leaving for nothing is also a step back already
Kyrie leaving for nothing is a step back. I would love for the Celtics to resign Kyrie, so we can trade him as soon as possible so we can get some close to equal value in return.
But I don’t think Kyrie wants to give Danny and the Celtics that opportunity. Maybe that changes in the next few weeks.
Celtics can’t afford another setback by overpaying for a possible one year rental.
The Pelicans are trying to get the Lakers to include Kumza so that they Celtics can include Tatum.
It makes sense for the Lakers to include Kumza if they have to because there is a strong chance once the Lakers get AD that AD will sign an extension there. The Celtics don’t have that same luxury.
