Personally, I don't see how they beat the Lakers. LA has too much size for njn. AD and LeBron will attack glass all series long.

The only thing stopping the Nets from making the Finals is injuries. They have better top-end talent than any other team in the East and they have depth.

Worst part of it is, if the Knicks hadn't foolishly cleared capspace, showed their hand months before free agency and raised expectations, they wouldn't have exposed themselves to such ridicule. Now, the Nets success is a constant reminder of the Knicks failure. Mills and Perry were such morons.

Can't believe I'll have to root for Bron and AD this season. It's really cruel.

Part of the real story here that nobody ever mentioned is the league has an imbalance of talent. All of its in the West. 2019 draft top 2 players (Zion & Ja) head to western conference teams New Orleans and Memphis.

Two years ago Kawhi was the best player in the east and he lead his team to a Championship. He then headed back out west.

Kyrie & KD hare great. They might win the East in a walk, but if they were out west they might be a 3/4 seed. And it makes a seasonal difference because the Western conference grind is far harder than fighting to the top of the East.

Lol that was just damage control. MSG propaganda to save face and give the illusion that they were in control.

KD was never coming to the Knicks alone. He's not the savior type. Kyrie wanted to play for the Nets, and so KD followed him there. Period.
