I'd run the minute distribution like this:

Jameer (32), Arenas (10), Williams (6)
Arenas (25), Redick (18), J-Rich (5)
J-Rich (26), Hedo (22)
Bass (30), Anderson (10), Hedo (8)
Howard (36), Allen (12)

We still need another big. Someone that can step in for Dwight and give us a solid 10-15 minutes a night. I'm not sure if Malik is that guy.

Looks good to me, except I'd still like to see a Battie or Gooden or J Foster addition .

I really like that rotation. Very versatile and instant offense from what were our weak spots.
I'm not worried about defense because that's something SVG is a master at, and I'm sure that we'll still be one of the best teams in the league on that.
Now we only need to trade Duhon and Q for a backup big (J Foster as you suggested would be perfect!).

I could see J-Rich's defense being a problem with Van Gundy and him losing minutes because of it. Maybe not long term, but I could definitely see some growing pains there.

Hedo will most likely look better than he has over the last 2 years but he won't be the Hedo that we once had in the NBA Finals. The good news is that our roster allows Hedo to have the ball in his hands more than he was able to in Toronto & Phx, and that is when Hedo plays well.

The good news is that we went from having Vince Carter, a guy who was brought because he was supposed to be able to create his own shots and finish the 4th quarters for us...and just simply could not...will be gone and we bring in Gilbert & Hedo, two guys capable of getting their own shot and creating for others. Both are also very capable closers.

Lewis for Arenas: Both are bad contracts the difference is that Gilbert actually has something to contribute to the team. Like everyone else has already stated, defense will be a concern with Gil and Jameer starting.

Marcin, Peaches, VC for Hedo, Richardson, Clark: I like the move to bring Hedo back only because we got a scoring wing in JRich as well. I dont know much about Earl Clark but he's young and could still develop. I think he plays both forward positions and can hit the occasional three. Good size for a combo forward imo

Pretty much the real two viable options, let's see which works the best in game situations

Stan said Turk will see some minutes at the 4 when they decide to go small. But other than that it looks like Bass/Anderson will be taking over (FINALLY) at PF.

I honestly see Turk becoming the 6th man once again for us. He's the guy that can create for the 2nd unit.
