No you don't have to think that. Like...not at all. You can argue about the results but I very seriously doubt that he doesn't care.
In theory, you're absolutely not wrong. Unless you sit AK down in a room and ask him the question, you still may not know his true feelings. But consider me traditional and old school, but to me, actions speaks louder than words, and words are absolutely meaningless without actions to back what you say. And to his credit, the words that he uses to describe the team over the last few year, and how much he enjoys this core group, and the minuscule positive signs he continues to see, is in absolute unison with the lack of significant moves, leads me to think he is ABSOLUTELY content with where his team is, and he DOESN'T CARE to make this team a true contender any time soon. If that is his goal, that he is doing a fantastic job.
