I'm almost positive I will, unless the reviews are bad. Sounds like it isn't heading out for early reviews, though. That there's no RPG system in there was a surprise to find out. I don't know if I'm gonna like it more or less. Also only one main weapon.

I remember some concerns with The Division regarding cheaters or something like that. Maybe it was that it quickly became unfair for anyone who didn't play from day 1. Don't remember. Anyway, does the 2nd game have any similar issues?

Work has been stressing me out this month and it's eating away at my motivation for some quality gaming. Just been playing stuff to help turn off my mind for a bit. I've probably put 20 hours into Mario Kart over the last week or so. Also finally getting into Stardew Valley a bit more. It probably sounds stupid, but I always waste a day or so at the beginning because I don't know what I'm doing, and then I stop and don't pick it up for weeks.

Stardew Valley is the anti-min-max game. I know it's hard, but remind your self that there is no such thing as a wasted day. It literally doesn't matter. The game is never ending and you can do whatever you want.

That helps a ton actually. I'm not sure why I felt like I had time goals to meet or something measuring my performance against a mean. At least now I can embrace my aimless wandering and not rage quit when I pass out in the middle of town

I probably stopped and started Stardew Valley half a dozen times before it clicked. But man, once it did I became obsessed with maximizing my days. I had spreadsheets and ****. That being said it was still incredibly fun and relaxing. Maybe 100 hours in only THEN did I realize there were different terrains you could start with. Whoops lol

They've normalized both the dark zones and the traditional PvP modes so that for example, your level 30 self can't just waltz into the dark zone and pick on level 10 people anymore.

My shotgun at level 30 does the same damage in the dark zone as a level 10 person's shotgun, etc.

They've also made it so that if you're in a squad doing missions, it bumps everyone up to roughly the highest rated member so that for example, if your level 15 friend is doing a level 15 mission and you're a level 5, you're not getting killed in 1 shot every time anymore.

Buy and download The Division 2, start playing the tutorial...."All servers shutting down in 10 minutes for maintenance".

You kidding me!?

One thing I don't love about The Division 2 is it's not at all a pickup and play for 15-20 minutes game. Just about any meaningful activity in it takes at least 30 minutes, usually longer. When you can't pause or freeze state shut-down the game that makes for a solid time sink.

On the flipside, it's one of those games for me where I can totally lose track of time and sink 4+ hours into it without realizing it just from exploring different buildings in between missions.

It's going to come down to your internet and data caps. I'm good to go depending on the price.

What Google envisions here is killing Playstation, Xbox, and high end gaming PCs.

Stream Connect seems like generations ahead of what's currently going on. State Share too. My god.

That looked pretty awesome too. Not so much to play with content creators but with friends on whatever platform they want.
