It might be the biggest question mark about his game, so not sure there's a totally convincing argument but
-played with an injured hand last season
-form is not atrocious like lonzo or kpj
-ft% was not atrocious at 72%. Sadly, that would be about average for our current roster lol
-i trust players that have such great touch at the rim like he does to improve his outside shot as well
He just seems like a type that would never be a consistent outside shooter to me. Even Justise, who shot 40% at college, took ages to become somewhat dependable from three. Can't be a great scorer in today's NBA without a jumpshot unless you're a complete freak of nature like Giannis.
It's an unpopular opinion, but I'm far higher on Nickeil Alexander-Walker than I am on Romeo Langford and he's the only SG prospect in the draft that I wouldn't be upset about us drafting at 13. Legit shooter who can pull up and make plays for others, good length, too.
Ehh Justise's 40% in college masked some of his shooting issues. That % was on very low attempts and his ft% was in the low 60's if I remember. Plus, his shot looked way more wonky than Romeo's does now imo.
