Thats not a bad idea clippermitch, if we did trade Camby i think a 2 guard would be good. Although i cant see any full Clipper games Camby seemed to be putting up decent numbers so he seems like he fitted the team pretty well. But i see what your saying, we do have alot of PF/C

Thornton and Camy for Tayshaun Prince.

*Not a Pistons fan either, so I'm not sure how they would feel about it.

No thanks. We don't need to pick up Jackson's contract. In these times we can get more talent for less money.

What would you guys offer for any player on our team excluding Rose, Noah, Johnson, and Gibson?

While GSW would do it,there's too much $ gap and the Clips would need to add a filler.

Playing with Baron would keep Jackson from excess freelancing.. I don't know how GSW would see Kaman,as GSW's tempo is a bit too fast for him. I'm sure the Warriors would take Camby, not as sure about Kaman.

If say no. This would kill our cap space and our chance to sign LeBron. Haha

Seriously though we need an elite player in his prime. We got baron but you can see he's on the decline.

Dwade, LeBron, Joe Johnson, and maybe even trading for an elite sf next summer would be best. Sjax would help us make the playoffs but that's it. We need a difference maker that will make us a contender in a few years.

check what I read on the pistons boards:

Bartender wrote:So I was listening to Sports Radio and they were saying that Joey D. and the LAC are having serious discussions on a trade.

The trade is:

Rip Hamilton and Rodney Stuckey

for

Chris Kaman and Baron Davis

Has anybody else heard of this? Is there any truth in this? I hope to God not.

If we trade Baron, does anyone think we can get a better pg? Baron would one of the top PGs if he just stops taking jump shots!
Its not like we can get Deron Williams, or Steve Nash for him

I'd trade him for Jordan Farmar and whatever other junk the Lakers want to give us. I just can't stand Baron. He's so terrible.

I would never trade with the lakers. Even seeing Josh Powell and radmanovic on the lakers make me sick.

I would love to but I'm sure we'd have to take back Dunleavy Jr or Tory Murphy as well. And maybe add a piece for Indiana to accept.
