They paid all that money for that. It's not bad but it's not pleasing to the eye.

1. The ball looks like a damn maple leaf. Maybe it's just me
2. What's with that font? There are millions of fonts and they can't do something better? Looks like some kid wrote that ****. And there is that gap between each letter.
3. Circular ring. Be different, be exotic. Same **** been done by so many is not even cool anymore. Although looks okay in purple.

I'm sure there are better designers on here that can show them how its done. How and an angry looking dino (that's what I'm, angry). Looking straight and squeezing a basketball. Just the head and hands would show maybe. Oh well. F#@k Brooklyn

I agree. Seeing it in this perspective with that colour scheme and increased detail makes it look really nice.

The MS Paint version that is black and white looks pretty awful and a cheap rip off of the Nets logo.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new uniforms.

Relax everyone... maybe the black and white logo was revealed on purpose... This in age, social media rules. For some reason because of social media, normally negativity creates more publicity than positivity. Criticism, hate, controversy gets all the headlines..gets people's attention.

Eventually the negative turns into positive (in terms of dollars and cents).....it'll grow..

That's a false dilemma fallacy. We can have both sweet unis and a championship team. See: Spurs

out of curiosity, why do you like the spurs logo? imo, it's a little plain and tacky… it looks like clipart to me… dare i say, it even looks like someone on realgm could've made it… that's not a shot at anyone necessarily, as much as i'm pointing out the fact that it's kind of hard to understand people's tastes in design...

Frankly, most pro logos can be described as tacky/clipart-y and products of corporate marketing consultants. I like the Spurs' mostly because of their unique color scheme (well, before the Nets took it too) and I think black looks good on anything. This is why I'm suggesting a rich dark red and white as our scheme. No one else has it.

this should replace the claw as our secondary logo.. keep the primary logo the iconic raptor. Our logo is actually original and recognized all across the globe why **** with it?

The other thing to keep in mind beyond the fact that our colorways will take it further from Brooklyn's look is that this is our primary whereas Brooklyn's primary is the Shield-shaped design.



That's their primary. Every team these days has multiple looks. if you look at the Warriors last redesign they actually had the black and white circular simple look as a alternate first.
