I go back to Slovenia with Baynes but the only physical destruction in the playoffs was his own body at the hands of Blake Griffin.

If the Bucks sign Chandler/Wade, it'd be like owning the past, not owning the future. Hope the Bucks target much younger guys instead.

His failure to lay anybody out during the playoffs was a great disappointment, and frankly a shame to his country. I have faith he can turn it around and injure some guys next season.

You keep bringing up culture change but hasn't the culture already started to change? The fact that we are even in discussions with upper echelon free agents this off-season is a complete culture change from the Kohl era. Adding run-down vets like Wade and Chandler aren't going to take us to the championship and we would be overpaying them on the decline.

Why has he concluded they'll give it to him so there's a minimal chance he'll leave when they lowballed him so badly in the 1st place?

Gawd. Dwyane effing Wade.

Thank God there's almost no chance of it happening.

Because we havent really changed the culture of attracting FAs. We have changed the culture of doing things the Kohl way, but we havent brought in anything that adds value outside of Kidd. Parker and Giannis are draft picks and didnt have a choice, we need to make Milwaukee a destination that is a GOOD choice for free agents. Discussions and speculation mean nothing. Much like GB brought in White, we need the Bucks to bring in that guy that shows that our location isnt as bad as it seems and you can create an awesome legacy here.

Let me add that I am not 100% in agreement that Wade and Chandler are the right moves, just that they bring a different level of intrigue to Milwaukee. Especially Wade. Chandler is a decent signing and has the voice to let people know Milwaukee isnt the desert of Africa. My opinion is largely off the basis that we need as much help as we can in keeping this team in Milwaukee and getting an Arena deal done. I am not sure there is an NBA player who helps that situation more than Wade.

What do people realistically put the odds of landing Wade or Chandler?

I'd say 5% for Chandler, 1% for Wade and 0.01% for both.

Have no problem being used as leverage to make Mickey Arison pay big time to keep Wade and put himself as a luxury tax repeater as a result. Dude caught the break of the century in 2010. Time to pay up for guys past their prime.

Tell me how much money we would offer each guy. Probability can push 75% for either if the money got ridiculous.

Reggie White was in the prime of his career when he came to GB. Wade is about two years removed from his prime. I don't think he would move the needle as far as bringing an allure to Milwaukee for future free agents.

I hope Miami give wade the max.
Wouldn't want to pay chandler any more then 2/12-13 and I doubt that's enough. More then happy to stand pat and let Henson have the year starting. And I am far from excited about Henson, I just wonder if he somehow found some motivation after his decent playoff showing.

Not that i think there is any chance Wade ends up with the Bucks, but i'm with you on him at least. Here are his games played totals the last four years

49
69
54
62

He supposedly wants max money and as great as he's been, i'd rather not give that to a player who regularly has to rest up his knees and legs after racking up so many minutes up to this point.

He's never coming here anyway but Dwayne Wade would be the worst thing ever. Nothing screams own the future like having a 33 year old Wade put up 20 shots a game while Giannis and Parker stand in the corner watching.

0% chance for Wade, 40% chance for Chandler IMO

The Bucks biggest free agent signing still stands at Bobby Simmons.

Dwyane Wade signing with the Bucks, for Jason Kidd, to play with Giannis and Jabari, would in my opinion be the closest thing to a Reggie White move for the Bucks than we've ever had.

A domino the size of Wade and us experiencing some success in the next 2-3 years which would have to be at least a 2nd round playoff series and hopefully ECF finals appearance would do more good for our franchise than many here are willing to admit. There's a number of reasons it's not the perfect move, but the risk is worth the future benefits.

Stating my preference of signing Koufos and O'Quinn now. Try and find a taker for Henson. Have Zaza give O'Quinn pointers and be a vet presence. Biyombo isn't a bad alternative either.

I'll pass on giving Tyson over 2 years and I'm not a huge fan of Monroe or either Lopez.

Does 3/24 do it for Koufos or will he cost more than that?
