But then again, what kind of "hitman" lets their victim die hours later in a hospital?
And if it's true that the detective believed a crime was committed, Rose would have been charged with a crime by now.
So if anyone ordered a hit, it's someone in Jane Doe's camp to try to make Rose look bad...
whatever it is, it's something.
unless the dude wanted to donate his brain to science, it's just weird. then again forensics will find out what really happened.
First off, it was a woman, and not a dude.
Second, you can't paint Rose as a mush-mouth idiot and then credit him with wacking one of the detectives on his case
Not to mention, I doubt murdering one detective will save him from a rape charge if the LAPD had a case built on him, unless she was holding all of the evidence in her bra when they shot her in the chest.
A definite non-story as it pertains to Rose and the Knicks. This was either related to a completely different case, or more likely than that, it truly was a suicide or murder totally unrelated to her line of work. Pure coincidence. Mind-numbingly stupid to even consider Rose a suspect in this.
How many times does someone have to mention that the LAPD opened an investigation 2 years ago and haven't come close to charging Derrick?
