Try to put yourself in a woman's shoes. If you went to an event where the audience was predominantly female and there were good looking, scantily clad men dancing for your pleasure, then you would get the feeling that this event was not for you.
All-female cheerleaders dressing and dancing sexy just emphasizes that this event is for men. It's exclusionary and unnecessary.
