Would Pax trade Lavine, Lauri, and Dunn/Portis for AD???
Who beats that offer?
Lakers won’t take back bad salary.
Knicks won’t trade for him because they think they will land him in FA.
He has said No to Celts.
Bulls keep top #4 pick, keep max slot in FA,and let AD play PF next to WCJ at C which is important to AD.

He has no interest in playing for the Bulls.

Nor should he.

If I'm the Bulls right now, I'm looking at -
Thon Maker
Frank Ntilikina
Josh Jackson
Lonzo Ball
Obviously different values for each, some may or may not be available, but all worth sussing out.

Zero interest in Thon Maker.
But, I would be open to acquiring the other three depending on the prices in order to give them free mins and see what they have.
The most that I would offer for any of them is a second rounder plus eating their contract plus another 5-10 mil albatross for one year.

Thon's more of a flier level guy for me, wouldn't trade anything of notable value, but I think he can turn out solid in the right scheme and I'd rather play him than Felicio or RoLo.
Also add Fultz to that group - again, his value probably isn't even positive at this point, but we basically have nothing to lose at PG at this point. Why not give him a crack if we can acquire him.

Lakers would need to add more salary. Would mostly be an irrelevant deal for the Bulls talent-wise but it would likely save them money.

Could be a good add if they want to trade Zach.

Assuming the Lakers don't trade for Davis before the deadline, a 2 for 1 trade for Jabari would free up a roster spot so they could sign Carmelo.

KCP would have to accept since he has an NTC

Is KCP a small forward or power forward. If sf, he'd be good on the Bulls. Hope the trade takes place, and that KCP does not invoke his no trade clause.

That’s not a very good offer

The Lakers are probably going to need that twelve million to add in a potential deal for A.D, right?

Screw helping the Lakers, Id rather help the Knicks (I need to shower after typing that) as I’m certain they’d mess it up anyway
Completely unlikely trade with way too many pieces involved ..
2 separate trades since Matthews can’t be dealt alongside anyone yet
Lopez for Matthews
Then a complete overhaul with 1 goal in mind, pick up some decent pieces yet keep losing to get a better chance at the top pick plus take the Knicks pick
Bulls trade: Portis, Felicio, Markkanen, LaVine & Parker
Bulls receive: Mirotic, Randle, Kanter, Vonleh, Hezonja, Mudiay & Knicks pick
Knicks trade: Kanter, Vonleh, Hezonja, Mudiay & 2019 pick + future 1st and 2nd round pick
Knicks get Davis, Portis & Felicio
Pelicans trade: Davis, Randle & Mirotic
Pelicans get Markkanen, LaVine & Parker a future Knicks first and 2nd round pick

If AD can be had for Lauri/Lavine/Parker and a future pick, Bulls should just do it straight up. Wcj/AD/Top 4 pick/max FA slot and still have Dunn, Hutch, Portis, Val as supporting cast/reserves is a team AD would likely resign for. Especially given his options in 2020 will be limited unless Lakers roll over their cap space, and I don’t see LeBron/Magic doing that and wasting another year of Lebrons career. If they sign a max guy they won’t have more than about $25m even if they strip the team down bare. So AD would have to give up 8-10m/yr to go there. Ain’t happening.
Yes he doesn’t want to be on the Bulls right now. But that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t want to be on the Bulls in that scenario. He teams w Kyrie, has Solid supporting cast including WCJ and the 2019 #1, and can almost certainly pick his coach.
But NO almost certainly wants more.

Rozier, Yabusele for Portis, Arcidiacono
We take a look at a guy who showed some real promise and would fit great if he can get close to last year Playoffs performance consistently. Yabusele has two years on rookie deal past this one and has good tools.
Celtics add scoring energy big to their rotation, and Arci is reliable 3rd stringer.
