Boston or Miami could still catch Toronto. I'm sure they want to have better records than the Clippers, should they make the Finals

I'm watching my TX Longhorn's mens Bball team play and the broadcaster got my neck whipping around when he said "Hey, there's Tom Kite".
Geesh, I was thinking Greg Kite. Old school Magic!
Turns out some famous baseball or golf or something guy named Tom happens to share the same unique last name.

I was one. I think I didn't post anything back then, but I thought his game wasn't going to translate well. He might be the worst defender out there, but I'm eating crow because he's an all-star sophomore.

Anyway, we couldn't have him on our team, we didn't tank properly :-? If I had the first pick I would have picked Luka, at least I was right about the main guy in the draft

I did. I also thought Adam Morrison would be the next Larry Bird. I was also ready to move up and get Josh Jackson a couple years ago. I've got a keen eye for talent.

We all miss. Malik Monk was my last really big miss. The Trae debates used to get heated. I remember it was me and Skin leading the pro Trae train. Alot of people on here didnt like him. Even though it hurt that we didnt do what we needed to do to draft him it still feels good to know I was right LOL

He is good offensive player, but there is legit question how much value he brings to a elite team, since guys like him and Booker ( similar type of palyers, skyhigh usage, no leash, questionable shot selection ) can bring to winning team, since both of them spent 2 and 5 years in nba being part of sucking rosters.

It's ongoing experiment about their career paths, will they be modern day Jerry Stackhouse/ Kevin Martin = empty stats on bad teams forver, or they will find a way to transform their games into winning basketball.

You can easly add Towns, in that list of " crap defense, lot of offense, no team sucess.

I'm also not sold on long durability of Trae, all that banging and punishment on small frame is guaranteeing injuries down the road.

I was saying a while ago that Beal's head looked like he was on HGH. I guess they tested him after b2b 50 pt games.

I'd stay clear of Beal because if he is using, he'll eventually stop and his game will rapidly decline.

Another guy i suspect is Kuzma. He looks like he has unnatural growth to me.

Grizzlies Waive Jordan Bell

Assuming Birch is not resigned, Bell would be a player that could improve Orlando's deep bench in the off-season. Plus: Bell knows what a Championship run looks/tastes like.

Golden state isn't trying to sign him, so that says something.

Birch is already signed for next season, it was a 6M/2years deal.

With the Nets win @Boston, Orlando slid back to the 8-seed in the standings.

Short injury of Doncic worked miracles for Porzingis , or at least it looks that way.
Last month or so he has been 25 ppg, 10 rpg, 50-40-88 player and legit playing like superstar.

i didnt think he would be a bust, i thought he would have a little more trouble getting his shot off. He is volume scoring though and his 3 pt% worse than i thought (36%). good passer, still leading the league in turnovers, but not tremendously so. only slightly ahead of Harden, Westbrook, Luka and Lebron.
