Why does it always feel like Knicks play better when brunson sits this series?

The Knicks are way too happy to watch him pound the rock on offense. Idk why they only run plays when he is off the court.
They move the ball and play much better team defense when he sits.

Also the Pacers gameplan is built around defending Brunson, when the Knicks run anything else it throws the defense for a loop. They are way less predictable.

Thats what i was thinking as well. I think Brunson is playing into their gameplan way too much imo. He stops the flow of offense way too much. I felt the same way in game 1 when they looked great when he was sitting. But as soon as he came in everything became stagnant. He needs to fix that part of his game.
