On DX's draft board we have the 2nd, 13th, 19th, and 32nd picks.

At 2 -- Favors (Followed by Turner)

At 13 -- Robinson (Followed by Ebanks, Udoh, Harris, Alabi, Sanders all available)

At 19 -- Vesely (Preceded by Sanders, Followed by Pondexter, Pittman, Pittman, Hayward and Monroe)

At 32 -- Brackins (Preceded by Garcia, Followed by Jordan, Booker, James, Stephenson)

This is stacking up really nice for us.

My picks would be: Turner, Robinson, Sanders/Monroe, Brackins/James

I think Robinson is Marion 2.0.

I think #32 may be tradeable for a future first.

It'd be nice to move up w/ the next 2 picks for a guy like Henry or Aminu or your boy Wes Johnson. That'd be pretty sick to get one of them and Turner too

I hear that. If we get Turner we have to supplement him with a long distance shooting wing somehow.

I'd like to see Brewer get a new career high. What is it currently 28?

Well maybe Brewer will continue to show improvement there, and Flynn and Love. Plus Turner is a good medium shooter.

That's what I originally thought. Can you refresh my memory? I thought it was going to Detroit or something, but none of the draft sites have that listed on their transaction pages. A link would be nice, thanks.

2010 second round draft pick to Philadelphia
Minnesota's own 2010 2nd round pick to Philadelphia (top 55 protected in the 2010 Draft). If Minnesota's own 2010 2nd round pick is in the top 55 picks, then Minnesota's obligations to Philadelphia shall be extinguished. [Minnesota - Philadelphia, 7/9/2008]

2010 second round draft pick to Oklahoma City
Minnesota's own 2010 2nd round pick to Oklahoma City (if pick is 31 - 55 in the 2010 Draft). If Minnesota's own 2010 2nd round pick is 56 or worse, then Minnesota shall convey Minnesota's own 2011 2nd round pick to Oklahoma City. [Minnesota - Oklahoma City, 7/27/2009]

This is what realgm has. (Scroll down to wolves)

But, basically the wolves have several picks right now, but based on protections when it is all said and done we will have Hou 2nd + CLE/PHO 2nd

Funny how they put this in there --

If Minnesota's own 2010 2nd round pick is 56 or worse, then Minnesota shall convey Minnesota's own 2011 2nd round pick to Oklahoma City. [Minnesota - Oklahoma City, 7/27/2009

What were the odds of that happening? 0.00005%?

Demarcus Cousins continues to beast out.

he finally got some minutes tonight, and scored 27 and 12 with 3 blocks.

Too bad he was really the only one to show up tonight for Kentucky as they lost. 6"11 260+ and is the most efficient scorer in NCAA basketball per 40 min averages.

The guy is pure production, when he's in the game he puts up serious numbers. Per minute I think his stats are every bit as good as Walls if not better, in fact they are better.

Yeah I can remember thinking about the deal and saying wow the wolves gave up etan thomas and 2 picks for atkins and wilkins, we got screwed over here. And it would be great to have that 2nd, but really we sold our 2nd for about 3 million in savings. So I guess financially it was a no brainer. But I do wish we had an earlier pick in the 2nd, cause I think someone might fall on draft night.

After watching that game, I'm convinced that Kentucky has the two most "talented" players in the country. Maybe not the two best college players or the two who will go first in the draft, but on pure talent, Wall and Cousins are 1 and 2.

I know Wall didn't have a great game production wise but just watching him those last 2 to 3 minutes you can see he just has more athleticsm and skills than anyone else. He glides up and down the court. He really reminds me of a young Wade but with PG skills. That's a scary combination. He will be a star.

Cousins, wow. When a frosh can come in and completely outshine Patterson, a senior projected lotto pick, that tells you something. The problem with him is the Derrick Coleman question. Can you win if your best player (or one of your best players) is lazy on and off the court and not a leader. Will he simply put up numbers but no wins? I've heard Coleman and Eddie Curry comparisons. That scares me. That said, a team will do its due diligence and maybe he's not a bad guy. Guy is talented.

I don't claim to know how Cousins is off the court, as I don't think anyone here really does.

However on the court he's far from lazy. Dude busts ass out there, you don't have the #1 points/reb per 40 in the NCAA by being lazy on the court. I've never once when watching him thought he was lazy.

Getting in foul trouble doesn't mean he's lazy, Favors has that same issue. A lot of young bigs get into foul trouble, this is nothing new.

cousins plays very hard on the court.

From watching him so far this year I don't get that although I wonder why he plays such limited minutes (conditioning?), but that's been his rap for awhile. If you look at the old stories on DX or Ford's comments regarding him, they ALWAYS mention tcharacter issues. He could have changed his ways since getting to UK but usually where this is smoke there is fire.

It actually showed it was pat patterson, from the video.

I dunno, I suspect if anyone threw punches there would be or will be suspensions.
