Uh because he had space to take a 3 pointer with the clock closing in on zero and intentionally dribbled into a defender only to pass it out right away. If he wanted to shoot he would have just jacked up the 3. I guess I think more highly of Jennings brain than others. I thought he at least had the mental competence of a 15 year old.
