Knicks don't hit open shots. Haven't all series. Question. What happened to that knicks team we saw tearing through the regular season at times beating the likes of Miami, OKC, SA and most of the really good teams by inflated scores??? Where did that team go cause this one doesnt remotely resemble that one

not one of those guys projects to be a top 2 player on a contending team. Vucevic's numbers are the class case of a big getting volume stats on a terrible team. just look at kris humphries posting almost an identical 15-11 on 50% shooting for a 20 win nets team. once the nets got legit players and now arent getting blown out all the time humphries was back to being an average journeyman bench player

when your team get blown out all the time, there are tons of junk rebounds to be had and tons of junk layups to be had.

Years ago i visited New York for a friends wedding.

It happened to be playoff time and I knew a guy in the Pacers office so I scored tickets for me and two college buddies to see a game at MSG!!
I bought all the tix. Paid enormously to park way under ground.

I was so excited.
I wore a Pacers Tee shirt.
Game was great.

I just played the Pacers on NBA 2k13 at MSG. Final score: 104-85. Some notable stats:

Carmelo Anthony: 39/4/5, 14-25 FG, 5-12 3PT
Steve Novak: 15 PTS, 5-11 3 PT
JR Smith: 15 PTS, 6-13 FG
Raymond Felton: 15/7, 5-6 FG, 3-4 3PT
Knicks: 50% FG, 43 REBS

George Hill: 5 TO
Pacers: 37% FG, 33% 3PT, 43 REBS

1. Pressure Hill the entire game with Felton, Shump, Prigs.
2. Gang rebound and PUSH THE TEMPO THE ENTIRE GAME.
3. Feed Melo for a high volume of shots. Use him in the PnR, have him make quick decisions off his touches.
4. Get Novak in the game!
5. JR will come around. Believe.

I for one am appreciative for them destroying the celtics , I truly hate them with a passion
with indiana not much there to hate on unless you count the no-call fouls refs shoulda given us

Its just frustrating that they were hitting those shots all season and into the Boston series and now they are so bad the Pacers don't even need to defend them. It's ugly to watch shot after shot clang off the rim. They come out 1-11 to start this game. That just won't get it some in playoffs. And they are not just missing. These shots are way off the mark. Just doesnt add up that they could be so good during season shooting the 3 ball and now they look like they were the worst in the league. The garbage time ones that Novak and Iman got inflated the percentage but they are putrid when the game is still in the balance..
