Ugh. Pick needs to stay within range to swing an Okafor deal :D

There's a movement against the Celtics in the NBA, that's why all these collapses are occurring against the Nets, especially from eastern conference teams.

They don't want us to be competitive AND get a high lottery pick.

Meh, I don't really care if we are 3 or 4. Either way it's win a top 2 pick or bust for me. Let's hope the lottery odds are with Brooklyn because they certainly have never been with us.

Dallas falling out of the playoffs is long overdue. They're headed to the 12th pick.

I'm not sure how they held on as long as they did, Carlisle has done a good job with that team.

Dallas pick could be great and will help us as long as they don't win top 3 pick in lotto..

Also frustrated that the hyped Nets pick may be 4th, with risk of dropping lower with lotto jumpers like Dallas. If we're lucky it gets us another nice chip, but 4 isn't getting us a transcendent player.

Just once it would be nice for Boston to have good luck again.

It is possible Nets pick drops to 5th or 6th. They can win 5 more games which gets them to 26 wins... Pels are not winning any, MIN is also bad...

I don't wanna jinx it or anything, but I think Miami bashes BKN tomorrow. After that, who knows, the Cavs should be able to beat the almighty Nets at home, and it should be a fairly important game for the Cavs as they are still only 2 games ahead of Toronto.

It's weird, that 2 teams, who need the wins for the playoffs seeding lose to BKN... Especially Pacers, I expected them to be way more motivated.

Phoe and Minny are playing tomorrow night, which is a win/win game for us, if PHO wins they are tied with BKN, if MIN wins, they'll have 25 wins, while BKN has 21.

The problem is we have no control over it, whatsoever, maybe only that PHO game, but you can't really tell the guy to drop, and PHO is not that great...

I think the pick stays top 5, I'm optimistic about it .. :D

I'm impressed that BKN is able to pick up wins against teams like Cavs with LeBron and Pacers... Just bad luck for us, I guess and Brook has missed many games thoughout his career, he decided to be "Iron Man" this season, which is good for him, I wish him well, maybe he could've missed 5 games with a hammy injury or sore elbow....

As annoyed as I am with Brooklyn, things are looking pretty nice on the Dallas front.

Their next five are all winnable - @SAC, @DEN, v.NYK, v.DET, v.MIN - but they've also already lost to three of those teams in just the last month. Anything below 4-1 there bodes pretty well for us, as their last five gets pretty tough again: v.HOU, v.MEM, @LAC, @UTA, v.SAS.

Now, knowing our luck, they'll go on a streak and win those first five, then HOU, MEM and UTA all are eminently capable of crapping the bed, and SAS rests everyone the last game of the season. Calling Dallas going 9-1 the rest of the way right now, so that it doesn't happen.

Unfortunately, it's looking like we're going to need a minor miracle on the PHO/BRK front. Even MIN is still in play (though as few as two more wins for them might be enough - a 2-7 effort from MIN requires 5-5 from BRK to tie).

Woow :o I do not know being King of Wall of shame is good or not, but I will take the win :D

BTW...what happened guys...I was not home (on board) for 6 days...and Nets got 2 surprising wins, damn it :banghead:

How is possible that they beat those two teams...No comment, but...Im back now, losing streak starts

We need 2 more MIN wins looks like it and WTF is going in New Orleans...do not see them wining a game :nonono:

Eddie Sefko: Rick Carlisle says at practice Deron Williams will be sent back to Dallas for tests on his abdomen. Out Sunday and Monday.

Hoho, great news...SAC should win tonight, also DEN tomorow should be a favorite...these 2 games are huge, can Dirk carry them without Parsons/Williams?

Don't think Philly has much interest in moving Noel. Okafor is a different story. Danny will be ready this summer.
