Rolo is the guy I would definitely move if I am the Bulls, but I'm not sure who would take him.

If the Bulls are still positioning themselves to get the best possible pick come the draft (which they should, lets finish this tank the right way), Rolo is a no brainer to be moved. Quietly, he means a ton in these games that we win on both ends of the floor. If you could get an asset for him and Grant or Holiday you do that all day. Play Felicio (I know, he's sucked) Bobby Portis and maybe some bum we would get back in a Rolo or Niko deal at the 5 for the rest of the year.

I feel like it would be huge for GS to have RoLo instead of Zaza. But I don't know, that would make too much sense, I just assume we are going to get low balled, and honestly any players on GS that could match salaries for RoLo are too valuable to give up.

People are still judging on the previous years Niko, but we are evualting his current value. Let's see :

Mirotic is a player averaging 25,1/10 per 36, currently ranked 15 in PER (just ahead of Jimmy Butler) with only 25 MPG.

And we want to trade him against stanley johnson ? let's give them our first pick this year while we are at it...

He will average 18/7/2 in any team if he's in the first unit.

My reasoning for trading Niko is that I don't think he wants to be a back-up much longer and they haven't even tried to experiment with him in the starting line-up this year because they like his scoring off the bench. I think he will eventually get fed up if we try to keep him so why not maximize a return.

I think our best trade partners would be Detroit or Washington. Not sure what we would get from either team but those two teams really could benefit from a Niko trade and I think we might be able to nab something valuable from them such as a young project and a first.

Yes these ideas are torturing me. I swear it's the equivalent of us offering Grant and zip along with Miami's pick to golden State for klay.

We get klay for a couple of playoff runs and They get two projects and a crappy pick.

Seems counter intuitive that Mirotic's camp would be pushing for option pick-up. If I were him, I'd be pushing to be UFA.

The Bucks and Cavaliers, both on the lookout for a center, would be obvious suitors, but it would tough for either team to make a deal, given Whiteside’s large cap hit ($23.78MM). John Henson, Mirza Teletovic, Tristan Thompson, and Iman Shumpert are among the players whose contracts might have to be included for Milwaukee or Cleveland to make a deal work, which doesn’t sound overly appealing for Miami.

Seems odd, but I'd consider Whiteside for Felicio, Lopez and our 1st. At that point, I think we'd be rebuilt and would still have Niko. Line-ups might require experimenting, but it could be good enough to get out of the east.

clears massive salary for them (35+) and provides a 2nd lottery pick in great draft class.
