This man might have a bit of a reputation for being streaky, but one thing that always stayed consistent was the defense, especially early on. The supremely athletic, offensively versatile Shooting Guard from Oklahoma State:

The issue with per75 numbers;
36pts on 27 fga/9 fta in 36 mins, does this mean he'd keep up the efficiency to get 48pts on 36fga/12fta in 48 mins?
The answer; NO. He's human, not a linearly working machine.
Per75 is efficiency rate, not actual production.

Since Mugsey got swiped, I’ll take defensive and assist specialist:

Rajon Rondo

To ensure my assists.

That Bogut pick hurts. Was really banking on him my next pick.

I’ll go with Charlie Ward. 5.7 Assists on 6.3 fga

I take an all-defensive center with range, the only center to ever lead the league in FT shooting, a Hall of Famer introduced by none other than Kareem because after the skyhook and before the one-legged fade, there was The Sikma Move, the reverse pivot, a move so unstoppable it helped lead the Sonics to a championship. Don't trust me? Ask Hubie Brown.

Another high level multi-positional defender to shore things up around Harden

Got the defense all squared away, now I just need a flamethrower third option next to Harden and Duncan.

Enter Peja Stojakovic.
