Is it the lighting, or is there a teal stripe sandwiching the darker blue side stripe? Also there is a lightning bolt on the bottom right, another call back to previous jerseys.

Yes it's a Teal stripe. The uniform is to honor all previous colors of the franchise.

Probably teal or whatever color this technically was on the color wheel.

Celtics, Spurs, Grizzlies, OKC are fire.

Timberwolves, Bucks, GSW and Nuggets are pretty nice too.

Wow a lot of throwback style jerseys. As usual I love the Cavs jersey design, a custom logo instead of the city name is a really nice touch. Golden State's all black looks really good.

But man I don't know what the Dallas jersey design is. I don't think Mavs jerseys are the best to do a retro design because their early jersey designs were... Really bad. And this one continues on with that tradition.

Some of them have a nice combo of eras, they have already worn throwbacks before in some cases, so I guess they had to mix it up

Knicks seems kinda bland, that sucks, but maybe they'll look better in person or higher quality images. Our City jerseys are always trash smh.

OKC looks like some dad's undershirt. lol. White-on-white is generally a stylistic no-no. Taste is highly subjective, though, so no right or wrong answer here.
