I heard Disneyland does a parade everyday to celebrate the Lakers Micky Mouse Ring.

I joke :)

What the hell did you expect...did you wanted pastors and popes to escort them through the parade or something? Its a championship parade, not a Memorial parade...totally different vibe my friend.

It's because the Nuggets have reached the WCF 5 times. In 1978, they lost to the Supersonics, In 1985, 2009, 2020, they were eliminated by the Lakers. So, the Lakers have been kinda the bad guys to nuggets fans for years. So beating the Lakers in the WCF is kinda the cherry on top. I'm sure it's a pretty one-sided "rivalry" though.

Everyone in the West hates the Lakers.

We (Spurs fans) hate them, too.

wow, that's a lot! Especially for mid-small market.
Probably from all over Colorado and surrounding states, too.

Definitely an impressive turnout for a city and region that has been dominated by the successes of their football and hockey teams. To put it into perspective, the parade started at 10 am on a freaking work day.

5 million people live about an hour or less from downtown Denver. So it's not as small as you would think.

I know about and have been in the Front Range region. Beautiful area, especially fishing spots, camping, hiking, outdoors, etc.

Malone is a weenie on the levels of that Dolphins coach. Super cringey. But other than that it looked like a blast! Happy for DEN
