Think about morale of a player ... Deuce comes in, really showed signs, loses his job

I mean, yeah that's a major problem

You think morale doesn't affect these guys? It def does

Why did IQ get all that leash? He was not that good, Deuce outplayed him in like 5 games

But nobody knows the game as well as the ape of a coach that we have -- he has very special insights
