nice finish by JKW but the fact that was his first bucket of the game, doesn't bode well even with the minutes restriction.

He's had a few good looking shots that just haven't fallen, so I'm not worried.
But I think he might be a bit like Gradey where he looks better playing with better players. Just like Gradey, he might not look very good at the 905 unless guys like Mogbo, Battle, and especially Shead are there.
At this point he's not much of a self-creator, and the regular 905 guys just aren't very good at getting teammates the ball in places where they have advantage.

Last until half time.
Man Chomche is raw. But clear the team is better with him on the floor.

Anyone know why Chomche didn't play tonight? I recorded the game to check out some of his minutes after the Raps game, but the boxscore says he didn't get on the court.

Just bought tix to see the Austin Spurs over the holidays for me and the kids. Would have loved to take them to a raptors game but seeing as that's for the rich these days....

905 is good value (compared to the Raps). And if you want to spend a little more, it's just 90-100 bucks to sit coutside.

Paid less than 100 bucks for 3 tickets 7th row center court. Quite good value.

ya, given the cost of professional sports, concert, theatre tix nowadays, $100 all-in for 3 is very good.

I thought I saw Carton on the bench last night for the Raps. Maybe the plan is to have them with the big club if games are at the same time?

The weather has turned. Maybe he's got his first Canadian fall cold or flu.
A bit of a change from Africa. Welcome to Canada, big fella!

I was at the game.tonight. Chomche needs a ton of work. He looks super lost out there on offense. Just basically a screen setter at this point (which iw a skill that he needs to master, so not all is lost).
The whole team looks him.off, even when he is open. He basically has to go get it if he wants to touch the ball.
It's going to be a long road.
The good news is that he is an aggressive rebounder & shot blocker. The guy has insanely long arms. Easily the longest player on the floor between the 2 teams. Looks to be keeping his constant fouling in check a little.more
No other Raps rooks playing tonight.
TJ Warren is playing for Westchester.

Probably jealousy, those who were playing do not have nba contracts and they know Chomche is Masai's latest golden boy

Re: The 905, 'sauga world
I'm really hoping that as soon as IQ comes back Shead gets a long time down with the 905.
In part because I think he needs it, as his last few weeks have shown that he still needs some work to understand the pro game. But I also think he'd be really good for Chomche's development. Despite Chandler's high assist totals in some recent games, there's no one down there that understands how to work pick-and-rolls and move the defence around to get his teammates open the way that Shead does.

I really like Chandlers game. He also has decently long arms for a guy who is around 5'11 barefoot. Seems like a scoring guard though. Super talented, but his size will be an issue. If you are sub-six foot, you had better be a solid floor general & defender. He is more talented than Shead offensively, but Shead is better at everything else.

Maybe in two years he will be g league level talent... Def not nba. Raps have zero talent behind Yak... atm
