this is what happens when you have a team of below avg NBA players...they are more likely to perform worse than your opponents on daily basis.....thats why you need to trade for better players who can play longer than 30 mins.

Also Steve Kerr is crazy - letting Schroder run 1/2 of the offense and he has done a terrible job so far. I dont see how he will stay with the team before trade deadline.

Schroder 's -18 net rating is probably the worst among all starters in the league...man he is bad

It’s not the refs, it’s not the coach. Our players are below average aside from Steph and Wiggins. We suck.

Remember the structure that won the title 2 years ago? When are we going to try that? Dont worry its rhetorical, we wont

It’s effort too. We smell.

lol yeah I mean its a lot of things really, but with all the things we've tried, just crazy to me the one taboo is replacing Klay with Hield and treating them the same. I mean Hield isnt the same shooter obviously, but he's a guy who makes boneheaded decisions, is a far better player when he doesnt dribble, and shoots extremely well off screens. The Curry/Hield/Wiggins/Dray quartet remains a massive positive (+32/p100, +36/p100 adjusted) in sizeable sample size (200 pos), a massive net positive with everyone except JK where they are a literal +/- 0.0 neutral. Even with TJD!

I think that quartet doesn’t happen as Kerr thinks it’s better to spread the shooters across the rotation, meaning Buddy to the bench. Buddy needs people who can screen for him. For us that’s Steph, Dray and Loon…. Irony.

I’d be curious to see where the net positive numbers come from. I look at Curry and Hield and reckon that I would be ok to get a good shot off against them at 45 years old. Are they beating up on small below 500 teams?

Kings should really trade fox for more shooting and picks. they dont need him and playing better without him.

Tjd is killing me. On both sides of the ball. This must be an mjd mandate to play his brothers client.

I was curious about that too. Waters took one shot in eight minutes. Was he guarded that well, or was it offensive tunnel vision by the Dubs?

Its mostly used as transition lineups, like 2-3 min here or there

dont have the exact matchups but the fact that the adjusted rate (which typically accounts for who the other team is playing by same metrics) is higher than the raw rate, usually means its more than just a matchup based stat. Kerr seems to have 2 main hangups with it - he hates playing any lineup without Steph or Hield, which he'd need to do for some stretches if he gave them legit time (and if so, why acquire Schroder? whole point is that he can create for the less talented shooters like Lindy/Moody/Podz). And the 2nd hangup is that Looney would need to play over TJD, and I cannot explain that one at all

Normally I’d disagree, but tonight I would like to see some guys get knocked around.

I'm tapping out, TJD obviously not in the game for his defense or rebounding and he's still going to log big minutes. Hopefully Steph and Wiggins make this game watchable for yall

honestly, enough with this.there is a reason he was the #57 pick in the draft. they haven't found an hidden gem, he shouldn't be starting and he def shouldn't be playing all those minutes.
