I don't know how Silver is yet but back in the day if teams complained like that, David Stern would have the refs go even harder the next game lol

The refs need to call a cleaner game, as much as I love how physical things got, but that picture of Harris and Reed basically molesting Karl looked so silly that they gotta get it back to basketball and not prison league hoops

Right, like I am old enough to see the tail end of the Bad Boys and I watched 90s Knicks. That was physical hoops.

That mess on Sunday was not basketball.

When I think physical ball i think of guys like Anthony Mason, Charles Oakley, Derek Harper getting it in defensively. Or Knicks vs Heat. Just two clubs with big, physically imposing players locking in.

Seeing Paul Reed grab KAT's wrist like a small child trying to hang on for dear life ain’t that. That's not basketball

I'm agnostic  grew up Christian, grew up around Muslim folks (which is how i know a few things lol) and one of my first ever friends was a Jewish kid, so even though I am not a believer in any of the 3 major religions I respect the faith of all.

That being said, I'm not a big pork eater because it feels like a brick sitting in my stomach, I don't eat red meat either, just poultry/fish. But Thanksgiving and Christmas time? I'll enjoy some honey baked ham for sure. it's delicious, even though it's a foul and unclean animal

"Johnny must have loved you" was the perfect end note for that scene. I was in the theater CRYING bro

People brought their kids to watch that movie. I heard more than a few audible gasps when that came outta Channing Tatum's mouth

It may not sit well with some folks, but sometimes it is how you prepare it. A beef stew with veggies and rice is easy to handle compared to a T-Bone steak and a nice carnitas stew is the same.

I have embraced air fryer cuisine to create blackened meat chunks of various kinds that I then mix into my pollo flavored rices. Just discovered the joys of short grain sweet brown rice AKA sticky rice which is off the hook with air fryer blackened lemon ginger chicken chunks.

Beef stew is delicious and way easier to handle. I cannot eat steak.

Oh I'm officially an air fryer snob. I don't remember the last time I turned on my oven. My go to is Jerk salmon glazed with a bit of teriyaki.

I stopped eating rice, pasta and bread regularly and I lost like 30 lbs since November.

Drop that recipe for the lemon ginger chicken!

Physical ball is fine, I prefer it over the 140-136 nonsense game but it needs to remain basketball. There were about 15 illegal screens ran that last game by Detroit, tonight if I'm the Knicks, I run Hart(would say OG but don't want to waste his fouls) directly through the chest of whoever is setting that first illegal screen. Set the tone.

Return to New York Knicks
