Portland refusing to die. To bad the refs robbed them of a 3 with that lame call on Jack.

It was a moving pick call against Jack, and frankly it was a terrible call

Moving pick on Jack that was pretty obvious.

It really wasn't. The Magic broadcast showed a great replay. Jack made the short pass to Roy and then proceeded to literally bodycheck the Magic's player.

His offense has been bad, but I thought he played one of his better defensive and physical games that I've seen him play as a Blazer. Howard very rarely was able to back him up, which is saying something.

~10,000 people forced to wait an extra ~30 minutes. 5,000 hours of time demanded by the pesky Blazers!

Estimated sleep lost tonight, 2,000 hours.

2000/24 = ~ 3 months of sleep lost for Orland residents because the blazers don't give up!!!

Go blazers!!

They just showed a picture of the Blazers walking off the court, with Oden in between Aldridge and Nate. He looks like he is about two inches taller than Aldridge. In fact, he looks so massive, he looks like Aldridge if Aldridge ate Nate.

I can't wait to see what happens when he and DH12 go at it.

Blazers got down too much too early by settling for jumpshots. As the leader of the team, Roy needs to take it to the basket in games like this. Slow rotations by the bigmen allowed Hedo to have a huge game. Orlando is a good team that can beat you in a few different ways...I don't think it's the end of the world to lose to them on the second of a back-to-back on the road.

Here's to a better effort in Atlanta.

GOTTTTTA LOOOOOVE those Orlando scrubs hitting everything tonight. I mean Bogans, Arroyo, and Evans weren't missing. We got the short end of the stick on more than a few calls, but we were just too tired and the 1st quarter set the tone for the whole game. We were +1 after the 1st, but could never get over the hump. It's okay though, we will absolutely own the Magic once Oden is healthy.

the portland replay it from behind and from tha angle it looked like jack was bumped off balance when he made the pass to roy into the defender. from that angle it looked like incidental contact thatl could be called 20 times a game. But maybe it was a bad angle.

That wasn't why portland lost though

Nope. We certainly can't cry about the reffing tonight.

earlier in the game during a timeout I noticed Oden standing by Joel and he was considerably taller. It may have been tall shoes or something but Oden might still be growing :)

he was decent defensively and actually did do a credible job on Howard.

However, on offense, he also did well when he went down low and used his jump hooks. He needed to work harder for his position to shoot closer in and not settle for jumpers. It's a sorry tale the nba.com shot chart shows for him.

That hand injury is to his shooting hand.

Just wish we could combine your amazing outside game with Dwight Howard. That'd be a pretty great combo. You guys made soooo many jumpshots.

i just can't believe Dwight and Shard were kept in check so well, yet we were struggling to come back the whole way. Too bad we didn't play Orlando on the front end of the back to back.
