@ericsports: No idea where all this Kyle Lowry stuff is coming from. I'm told that no deal is in place between Lowry and the Raptors.

Be prepared to be frustrated for a few days. Nothing seems to happen quickly except the meetings. Last year Howard took until the 6th which held most everything else up. We were supposedly eager to sign Gordon a couple of years ago but didn't agree until the 4th and with Dragic on the 5th.

Lebron is in Brazil to watch the game tomorrow, so the only moves that will be made are by teams that cant get Lebron.

Did he just contradict himself? First he says Morey on flight to meet with Lowry's agent and then he says first he will go after Melo? Maybe he's just telling the agent what his plans are and to not sign anything yet with Toronto.

That's a decent result as is. A year ago, we wouldn't even have gotten a member of Lebron's entourage to look our way. It just shows the kind of progress we have made. Even if nothing happens, it's still a great result and shows we're going in the right direction

I'm not so sure that's even a reliable source. I've never heard of "Sports Whispers". Unless a somewhat reliable person states it, I wouldn't read too far into it.

He could always agree via telephone if his agent is doing all the work. Nothing can be officially signed until July 10th so he doesn't have to be anywhere. Agents may have power of attorney to sign anyway (not sure about this). I doubt anything happens for at least 3 days on the LeBron front though.

It may also be tough for teams to make moves in the next few days too because guys like Deng, Pau, which ends up trickling down to almost everyone may get bigger offers from teams who strike out on LeBron so they will wait to see what he decides, and what all those other teams try to do alternatively before making decisions.

This pretty much happened with Howard last year. Everyone kept saying he was holding up the entire market. And Howard took until the 6th which was pretty frustrating.

Let's all keep in mind that literally anyone can post a twitter update about a free agency rumor. A lot of junk thrown around this time of year.

I'll trust Woj and Coro tweets, everyone else gets a grain of salt. Especially a twitter called "sports whispers"

Suns just need to go after young guys.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

That's really good news IMO. Bledsoe is priority number one in my book.

Its a collection of people with sources, they've nailed some trades/signings in the past. They post everything they hear, which is a lot. A lot of junk, but they post so much they get some right before anyone else. i don't believe anything until its official, but this account is not garbage.

Laid the roots a few seasons back when LB played for Boston.
