Well this is what you should expect when you start testing people. The only reason the numbers are so low right now is that testing hasn’t caught up to where it should be.

It is going to take ten of thousands of Americans dead

There are millions of Americans between the ages of 20-50 who suffered from Diabetes, Heart diseases, Cancer, and a bunch of medical conditions that leave their immune systems compromised.
So, if you have a medical condition or know someone who has a medical condition that could weaken your immune system, you and they have an obligation to stay home and not gather in large crowd because your health will be at risk.
Furthermore, the sheer number of people who are going to be hospitalized is going to overwhelm the healthcare system.
As a result, a young person who is healthy at the moment but all of a sudden got a medical emergency is not going to be able to get treatments since the doctors and nurses are going to be too busy dealing with all of the patients that have shown up in critical conditions.

I just went for groceries tonight and was surprised at the amount of things still open. Went to 2 grocery stores. Drove by an open Dollar General, Ollie's Discount, and multiple restaurants. Places just don't want to close even if it's endangering people.
I think most businesses like that are open. Any dollar stores, grocery or drug stores, and restaurants (at least most of them). Then even other businesses like vets, pet stores, auto repair, etc. I think most businesses where you wouldn't have a huge crowd at them like gyms, restaurants (for dining in), movie theaters, etc, are likely still open.
Hobby Lobby or many other retailers don't make too much sense to be open though...at all. But I guess the positive thing is people are still getting paid and not laid off. I can't imagine too many people are shopping in them.

Dine in at this point kind of is weird to me, our governor ordered all non life sustaining businesses closed 2 days ago for PA. Thats why they surprised me.

Although I feel sorry for Florida and Tennessee from this example.

That last sentence in my first paragraph doesn't read very well. I was trying to say businesses with big crowds at them like gyms, restaurants (the dining in part), movie theaters, etc, are closed but others (those in places where you wouldn't have crowds like those examples would be open.. I tried to preface with "where you wouldn't have huge crowds like" ____________ and end with "would still be open". I should have added to closed ones stuff like shopping malls, retail stores, etc.
