Why?

Hes taking what he learned in Miami with him. If the players trust him they’ll buy in which it looks like they do. Everybody came in shape this season. Fiz def played a role in that.

It's a big season for Fiz.

I am not sure how he will do. We were tanking and a bad team no matter what, but not sure if that can excuse everything that happened. Either way, I will give him some time and see how it all works out with this group. Hopefully things get a lot better this season.

Yo...I'm amped up a notch right now. I wasn't sold on this kid at first. I think I may have been way off on this one. I don't think any of that was fluff. This kid has a TREMENDOUS support group and pedigree background/tutelage.

Also you cant hit shots in a game if they are not falling in practice. Stop downplaying practice. If he's hitting them at a high clip in practice its actually a good sign..

I'm glad he's getting them up. It's encouraging. Until it happens in an NBA game though, it doesn't matter.

it'll probably be the season after this if he's gonna really make them a regular part of his game. this year we'll see some shots go up but he probably won't emerge as a real offensive threat from 3. it's just too soon.

His resume is mediocre.. Lebron likes him so because of that the media had made him into some great coach.

If you want to believe talk, that's cool. That's your choice. Fiz said Kanter was going to become a 3 point shooter too. We watched Kanter putting them up in empty gyms all summer with Brickley Da FRAWD.

I'll wait until they are happening in a game situation, which hasn't even been shown to have happened in practice yet.
