Garza is just bad, provides 0 resistance on defensive all his 2s on offense become almost meaningless, missed a bunch of passes too today because he'd rather take on double teams instead for some reason

He didn't get much of a chance to show off his J today but I trust it enough along with his crazy efficiency around the rim that he can be a rotation big man.

So thankful Memphis conveyed last year in order for us to have a small shot at any of these top guys. Suggs looked awesome today.

Suggs really doesn't have many flaws tbh...thinking about bumping him up to tier 1 for me with Cade/Mobes/Green...defensively he's on point, he can run offense, half-court sets, NBA level physical profile, can score on multiple levels, has a dribble drive game, good passer, can play off-ball so he doesn't handcuff your lineups...pretty damn impressive

Missed the first half but liked what I saw of Ziaire again. Moving better than he was to start the season & showed a good sense for using his shooting-gravity to set team-mates up for easy scores...including a slick assist after stepping back behind the arc to pull the defense out and leave da Silva with no one around him.

Stanford needs to run more of their offense through him, he looks like their best passer already.

I don't think anyone is saying that beating the Hawks and Timberwolves in preseason means Memphis is definitely going to make the playoffs, and as the OP is clearly alluding to, the Grizzlies could miss the playoffs by a slim margin and still have a 5-10% chance of moving up to the top 4.

i mean I'd rather have it convey in 2020 in general, not really about the top 4 picks, just a better class overall. i'd rather have the 8-12 picks in this class than the 8-12 in 20, for example.
