I guess you forgot the power struggles with Shaq and wanting to be traded off the team a couple of years ago.

He was being an immature douche but he wasnt screwing with NBA Execs and the entire balance of the league.

Or in the youtube video where he was dissing the Lakers and Bynum asking to be sent to Chicago.

They have police outside his house in Cleveland if he doesn't resign there?

Better get the National Guard out in Greenwhich to stave off the Knick's fans if he goes to Miami.

Shoot, might have to mobile the 82nd Airborne QRF to deal with it.

Greenwich is close to Bristol, ESPN's main studio. I'm guessing they figured there were going to be too many snoops if they did it in the studio, ergo an undisclosed location in Greenwich.

It's an hour and a half away, nearly 70 miles. Why wouldn't they just do it from the Boys and Girls Club of Bristol? http://www.bbgc.org/

In Greenwich, LeBron is MUCH closer to MSG than he is to the ESPN Studios in Briston.

IMHO the location is random (or at least not a hint of anything). Doesn't mean that I don't think he's going to pick NY (if you asked me from day 1 through now where I think he'll go...my answer wouldn't have changed...answer is NY).

Great point. LeBron James will probably become the most hated athlete in the world tonight. I wonder if the "team" understands that.

Apparently 10 minutes before 9 o clock teams will be informed of his decision. We'll just have to keep twitter watch around the 8:50's as the elimination game ensues.

I've said it on other boards, and I'll say it here:

Even as a Knick fan who grew up having Jordan drive stakes through my heart, I'd rather see Chicago get Lebron than Miami because at least it's a real NBA city with real fans.

If this guy really says what team he is picking in the first 10 minutes of his press conference, and Picks the Heat in Greenwich he is going to get slaughtered..

It just shows that he was willing to leave cleveland, and NY just wasent good enough for him still in the end

The media is slowly trying to sell everyone that picking NY is best for the league. Ive heard it a few times on ESPN and it will only get stronger.

It's always been Cleveland or the Knicks.

If he wants to dominate the global market, he'll go to the Knicks

If he wants to become the greatest modern basketball player in terms of legacy, he'll stay with Cleveland.

It's really, that simple guys.

I don't think LeBron James is dumb enough to go to Miami. I just don't see it.

At this point I have no idea what to expect from him anymore.. I was reading this article: http://www.msg.com/blogs/charlie-zegers ... ee-1.45997 and its so true the Miami rumors could be plants by the LBJ team to get more attention seriously i wont believe anything anymore until hes wearing the jersey.. I'm also curious to see what MSG will have to say about him on their Knicks night live special for him tonight after the decision, I really want to see what they will say if he doesnt go to NY.

Or..

If he wants to join up with 2 other potential HOF players in Miami, and potentitally be one of the greatest forces the NBA will ever see

Think about this- Who would get announced last during Miami Heat home games?

Can't see it happening.
