The key is to make the weekdays adapt to the weekends and not the other way round.

Yeah... because of my hobbies, if I don't sleep 7-8 hours, my mind isn't sharp enough in the am. My best thinking hours are 7-11 am and 10 pm to 3 am. The latter is harder to fit into a real work schedule.

I've never been a morning person and infact I might be dyslexic until I drink a cup of coffee after I wake up.

Coffee and I are good friends as well. First thing I do every morning (showers are key too).

Oh yeah I can't imagine how people go to work without a shower. I get one in the morning and one right before going to the gym in the evenings.

Going to work without a shower isn't the worse thing unless your around a ton of chicks or in customer service.

Going to bed without a shower after the gym is just plain out disgusting :crazy:

power's back up but unfortunately our neighbor's electric meter exploded so they re-wired their connection to us. hello 100%+ increase in electric bill. apparently it's not illegal wire tapping.

hit me up with updates. what did I miss and what do I need to do?

First thing I do is brew my coffee while I shower followed by eating and drinking coffee. I usually drink coffee twice a day.
About 64 ounces overall.

im with Gek, im a pretty **** person if i dont get 7-8 hours of sleep. not to mention a bad sleeping schedule is bad for gains.

im not a morning person at all though, i cant be **** wif to wake up before 9 on any day. even if i have to be at work by 945 i will sleep till the last minute.
