I'd trade Melo for Edward's, so definitely would trade miller and some picks. Lethal backcourt.

I sometimes think Lonzo would be perfect for us if he could stay on the floor… but I have more hope in Mark staying healthy than him lol

Micic + Green for Lonzo works salary wise. Not sure how I feel about that.

I don't see how a trade works with his salary. And trading literally anything of substance for a guy who's played 5 games in 3 years is a hard no for me.

I've been against signing Lonzo previously but he'd actually be the perfect backup PG for this team if we could sign him to something reasonable in FA. How has his defense been this year, has it fallen off due to his injuries? Still seems like a good floor spacer.

he'd be a nice cheerleader and part time 3rd guard. can't really do much else when hes probably good for 40 games a year at best and likely on a 15 minute restriction for the rest of his career.

I definitely would not include Green. He may ultimately be one of our best 6th man options if we can draft or sign another star. Would gladly trade Micic, and while Cody is a good reserve player he is average at best while often susceptible to injury. Frankly more interested in Vucevic and would make that deal right now (using Martin and Micic). But I’m sure Melo wouldn’t like bypassing his brother, nor would papa.

i dunno what the process to build a team in this kind of environment even is anymore. seems like almost every team is down half their roster. maybe you could functionally use the g league better, i look at our g roster and see a bunch of nobody 25-26 year olds that have no chance to ever come over here. seems kind of pointless to me. half the roster should be recently out of the league seasoned vets and the other half should be the highest potential 17-22 year olds that will agree to sign. run as close to the same schemes as you can given the personnel and the exact same terminology as the main team and just have guys ready to plug n play

just sucks ass trying to follow this league and sport
