We talk a lot about malpractice and incompetence with our very own Milwaukee Bucks but imagine watching Hali do what he does and being a Kings fan right now. I don't hate the Pacers or think Tyrese Haliburton is overrated like a lot of NBA fans do. In fact, there are plenty of similarities to the Lebron criticisms in that people spend way too much time on the internet hot taking and choosing sides than actually watching the player play basketball. Because Hali, a lot like Lebron, plays the game the way Jimmy Naismith intended it to be played. These types of dudes, who not only put their teammates in perfect position to succeed, but can get their own when the moment calls for it, are extremely rare, and should be celebrated.

I was thinking this morning about the old Kawhi shot vs the Sixers in his Raptors year - that one was like 10 bounces (in my exaggerated memory). Then it hit me that OG and Siakam were on that team. That's some bizarre perspective for them, especially with one on each side of it last night.

Jimmy, you're right, but I also hope he eats rancid cole slaw and gets a tummy ache.

Knicks - Pacers was an incredible finish. Hard to beat meaningful playoff moments at the Garden.

Imagine being a Knicks fan waking up right now. You’d think it was a fever dream.

I still can't get over the Nesmith threes. He was just launching them and they kept going in....then KAT missing a FT, OG missing a FT. Then the last shot. The amount of things that went Indy's way was unholy. They can't keep getting this kind of juju.

While fun, I think OKC would buzz saw through them in 5. Maybe 6 if they get some of this juju.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

SGA deserved the MVP. That offense is pretty lost without him and he's basically a better Brunson throughout games as a get out of jail free card when things are stalling. They won 68 games and he's basically the only playmaker.

For anyone toying with rooting for Indiana just remember John Haliburton claiming he was yelling “YAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!” while he was cussing out Giannis.

F*ck that entire org with a cactus.

Kind of feels like how the Heat series went and then the follow up games for them. Like these other teams at least got some advanced warning about this.

This is their third crazy historic comeback of the postseason and I swear they had some insane ones in late March/early April too. Fair credit to them but also WTF.

Including that stupid 4 pt play, they had like 4 or 5 games where they won in ridiculous fashion and basically won every close game afterward other than that Lakers game where Lebron got the tip in at the buzzer.

Nesmith was blocked in Boston but when he got time, he was barely an NBA player. Look at his shooting splits. He was apart of that run of 1sts that Ainge had acquired to complement Tatum and Brown that all basically busted for them.

If Giannis stays, this year would be a good year to experiment with these types of players, like we've done with KPJ, Rollins, Green, etc.

That is hilarious though. Like a low-effort boo-urns gag.

Yeah, kudos to Indy for their relentlessness and ballsy play but some of the YOLO shots and absolute prayers they've made are outrageous.
"Wes, Hill, Ibaka, Allen, Nwora, Brook, Pat, Ingles, Khris are all slow-mo, injury prone ... a sandcastle waiting for playoff wave to get wrecked. A castle with no long-range archers... is destined to fall. That is all I have to say."-- FOTIS

These Pacers are the least likable team in a long while.

Haliburton was 11/12 on game winning or game tying shots (after the shot last night) in the final two minutes of the 2025 post season. That's insane!
