I guess there's that element too. Though I don't think it's really on Stan because Williams seems to do it just fine. It's really just the difference in styles. But like I said, I'm not making a big deal out of it. I just mentioned it because it was brought up, and I happen to agree completely.

well I just came back home after 2 days of hard work...almost non stop slept like 2 hrs last 2 days
(didnt watch any news or tv no net ....so i just learned about trade 25mins ago )
so im just bitter and shocked

man
Id love trade with pho something like nash+j-rich
I saw almost all suns games this year and I belive they would be great...
unfortunatelly Jameer would be odd man out in that scenario...

im exceptionally pissed about wiz trade
no other gm would take Arenas book it
guess Otis missed his gf...

Oh well I'm happy just because we got rid of Vince and his near empty cart of followers.

At the same time I'm hoping gil, hedo, Jrich all fit in. Something will go wrong no doubt, but all these players can be very useful even an overrated scrub like Hedo

Plus, we have the best jokers in the L in Dwight and Arenas. Anyway you see it, we'll be laughing.

The O-Sen has a nice take on who the roster will be played. It is a process of elimination path towards the starting five:
O-Sen:What will the new Orlando Magic’s starting lineup look like?

The punchline is (with obvious fill ins not stated):
Nelson/Duhon/Williams
Richardson-2/Arenas/Redick
Turkoglu/Richardson-1
Bass/Anderson/Clark
Howard/Allen/Orton

So, Orlando again has two ball handlers. The team is very traditional. And there is great depth on the wing. PF depth is still OK. And there is now less-than-zero depth at Center. Howard can look for more 40 minute games.

The big loser in tall of his is Mr. Jonathan Clay. He will no longer get any minutes whatsoever. Chris Nicholas will also see a lot more DNPCDs.

Since Orlando is going for broke, I almost expect Redick and Duhon to be packaged for a capable backup Center.

After listening to Stan's entire press conference I think it's obvious that Arenas is coming off the bench and will still play big minutes.

The question for me is when can we trade JJ because his minutes just evaporated.

Wow drsd, great minds think alike. Sadly JJ is done and not only can we make a trade for a backup center, but we can also package JJ with Bass or Anderson and try to upgrade at the PF if possible.

Another possibility is using JRichardson as an expiring at the deadline to upgrade at a position and keep JJ. Lots of options.

By the way, how nice would it be to have someone like Tyson Chandler to throw at KG's punk ass! Maybe Camby would do?

one great trade and one pointless trade in my opinion!
Getting Arenas for Lewis was great - Lewis was terrible at his price. Arenas although expensive has the potential to put Orlando over the top!

the 2nd trade was a pointless trade that I feel was a step back for Orlando
Carter = Richardson
Hedo is a waste of time
Losing Gortat without gaining a backup centre will hurt. Who plays when Howard gets in foul trouble?

They really should have made their second trade for a defensive wing. Iggy would have been perfect.
Who is going to guard kobe, lebron, wade, durant, etc?
