So is the consensus that we are doing pure discussion for the games? I would be down to do a mix of sim/discussion if anyone wanted to, but I'm new here, what do the vet posters here think? Just an idea.

I was not around for this last year...Do we 20 players get to vote the games only? or is it open to the whole board?

just dont want it to turn into popularity contest with posters

I'd love the idea of having a sim also but I don't see how we could.

We could weight the two. Maybe sim a matchup a few times and give that a 1/3 weight against the discussion vote.

I vote against simulations. I don't want to be at the mercy of FIFA or FM's player ratings.

understandable, I can see how the game may default just award wins to Messi/Ronaldo teams
