I personally don't clown any trades because people have their reasoning/blind trust/etc. I may have a snap reaction to it but sometimes they work out for the best.

I started this league by giving away a free first rounder for someone I could've just put on my exempt list... :x

You know my appreciation for you SOUL, so that goes without saying. We have made many of deals and I respect your knowledge. I think the most off-putting thing was he wasn't very active but he didn't post much but put out that "list" of people he would do deals with and people he wouldn't.

We all make **** deals, if you make enough of them. I think we are all grownups to deal with a little criticism or at least defend our moves. I was taken to the cleaners by HEZI for Jaylen Brown early in BAF. Probably my worst move in BAF. We all make them. But its also part of the game to be here and take it as well because its part of the game.

DaGawd in a rough spot moving forward with assets but hopefully he can work himself out of it.

Nah I feel you, that's the part he also felt bad about (not being active enough + not responding) which is why I agreed with that criticism.. I just thought the clowning on trades was a bit too much because it kinda makes people not wanna play as much or build the team how they want. I totally get the lists/inactivity portion of it being a big reason why he would get heat.

I just know how good of a guy he is IRL which is why I defend him lol. I can't say I agreed with every move he made (some were NOT good) but sometimes it takes a winding road lol

Nothing is worse than giving Josh Jackson the worst deal in BAF history which I’m very proud of

And the funny part is I ended up giving Jaylen Brown away for basically cap space because it was the only way for me to get out of no mans land at the time. I wish I could have kept him too

Fair enough, most of the ribbing we do is of good nature. And it wouldn't be the knicks board if there wasn't a "hazing" initiation especially for a newcomer. Sometimes people can be critical but I believe 2010 said it best if you can come here and face the music and defend your move people will respect it, even if they disagree with it. Otherwise if you make a select few confusing moves and then totally go dark for long periods of time people will question your commitment.

I probably should've warned him since I don't think he expected to be bombarded like that   dont get me wrong i'm definitely for the trash talking/question marks, just seemed a little excessive from too many people but it is what it is. It's all in good fun anyway, he enjoyed playing but def got too busy, I think he barely followed the NBA this year.

He is a huge Brook Lopez/Joe Johnson fan though so at least one of his guys got a ring lol

Spoiler:
1/24- The San Antonio Spurs have agreed to trade Jaylen Brown, Kevon Looney, Shabazz Napier, Georgios Papagiannis and a 2021 2nd round draft pick to the Denver Nuggets in exchange for Brook Lopez, Zaza Pachulia, Stanley Johnson, Antonio Blakeney, and a 2020 1st round draft pick (San Antonio receives whichever pick Denver has left after their pick swap with Atlanta).

The crazy thing is I ended up with two of those guys as starters who are huge for me after I made a series of questionable trades (Donovan Mitchell for Lauri  ). A lot of big named big men coming to the west but Lopez's skillset lowkey been a huge part of my team's plan/strategy for the last 3 years.
